Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Goal Cue, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Goal Cue.

Service Description

Goal Cue is an iOS app that helps users set and track income goals, including subscription-gated features, optional integrations, and related web services. Goal Cue can be used manually without connecting Stripe. Features may change over time.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your device security, account/payment credentials, and all activity under your use of Goal Cue. You must use Goal Cue in compliance with applicable law.

Subscriptions and Billing

Goal Cue offers auto-renewing subscription plans through Apple's App Store for the initial public release.

• Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase

Refunds, billing disputes, and payment instrument updates are handled by Apple under the App Store terms that apply to your purchase.

Access to paid features may be suspended or limited if a subscription is canceled, expires, is unpaid, or cannot be verified.

Restores and Subscription Management

Goal Cue provides App Store restore and entitlement verification inside the iPhone app. Subscription management and cancellation remain handled through your Apple account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Goal Cue to violate laws or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, infrastructure, or security controls
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, endpoints, or data
• Use automated abuse, scraping, or other harmful traffic against the service
• Misrepresent purchase or entitlement status

Third-Party Services

Goal Cue integrates with third-party services, including Apple, Stripe for optional read-only sync, hosting providers, analytics providers, and diagnostics providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Goal Cue and its content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Goal Cue.

Goal Cue is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Goal Cue does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial and business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Cue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Cue and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Goal Cue.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Goal Cue if required by law, for security reasons, or for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Goal Cue at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are effective when posted. Continued use of Goal Cue after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained Goal Cue through the Apple App Store, your use also remains subject to applicable Apple terms. In case of conflict for App Store-related matters, applicable Apple terms control those matters.
